·   Interface with all departments at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) to ensure Industrial & Radiological safety culture was embraced during all phases of construction

·   Budget responsibility 425 Million Dollars completed 28 Million under budget

·   Manage PVNGS largest contamination Remediation & Transportation project for 18 months incident/ injury free approx. 500,000 man/hrs

·   Interface with all departments at PVNGS  to ensure industrial & radiological safety culture is embraced during all phases of construction

·   Mass excavate, trench and finish grade PVNGS 80 acre reservoir, 40 acre reservoir & mass excavate and finish 2.2 miles of rail spur accident and injury free

·   Schedule all phases of the packaging & transportation of radioactive material

·   Review contractor Bid’s for the applicability & specification adherence to each specific evolution of the project

·   Perform Daily Safety Pre-job briefs & Weekly safety meetings using Focus-on-Five & Near Miss Method

·   Routinely build JHA’s perform Safety analysis & near miss events using Trend-O-Matic

·   Use MLIS to manage changes in the project budget & initiate PO’s
